Why become an Affiliate Member? What’s in it for Me? In addition all the Affiliate Members of our Association appear under the “Links” section of the Associations website, www.space321.com. You will have access to the “Firm” mailboxes in our Association lobby where you can place promotional materials for your business.
What is an Affiliate Member?
An Affiliate Member is a person or business who, while not a REALTOR®, provides services to the real estate industry.
We are a trade Association of more than 1,600 licensed real estate professionals that you will have direct access to for networking and business contacts. These contacts will help increase your business.Most people prefer to do business with a firm or person they are familiar with. Affiliate Members become a part of the REALTOR® family by attending the membership meetings and serving on focus groups and committees.Affiliate Members participate in our annual fund raising activities for Special Olympics, RPAC and the Salvation Army. In addition, the Affiliate Members sponsor education courses, membership meetings and the weekly marketing session which gets them nose to nose with the REALTOR® Members.
With your membership, you will get one full set of all member mailing labels for free. They can be used to send out a letter announcing your membership. These labels provide the “preferred” address to all of our members. They are essential in getting your business information to the right people.
