Supra Mandatory Upgrade Event
If you did not attend the Supra Upgrade Event on Aug. 29-31, you may attend the Supra Update event that will take place Sept. 5-8 at the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® office in Melbourne. The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Sept. 5 and run through 5:00 p.m. every day through Sept. 8.
Beginning the second week of September, Active Keys will be obsolete, so it is imperative that these keys be upgraded before then.

Still Using the ActiveKEY®? Upgrade to Supra's Cutting-Edge eKEY™ Technology Now!
With the Supra eKEY™ technology, only a compatible smartphone or tablet and a small keychain fob is needed to unlock Supra lockboxes for showings – no extra devices are required.
Once you download and activate the eKEY™ app, your smartphone/tablet can be used as a lockbox key with the help of a small keychain fob. With the eKEY™ basic, you can assign lockboxes, change shackle codes, provide showing feedback and more from the convenience of your mobile device.
Is the eKEY™ compatible with all mobile devices? Many devices are compatible, but not all. View compatible devices. If your device is not listed, it may still be compatible; however, user experience will vary.
Upgrade Eligibility Checklist
- You are a member of SCAR and your 2014 MLS fees or 2013-2014 SCAR dues have been paid.
- Any past Supra bill has been paid. If you do not know if you have an existing balance, please call 877-699-6787.
- Any previously used Supra ActiveKEYs have been returned to one of our SCAR locations.
- You have downloaded the eKEY™ app to your mobile device.
After you download the app, the app will be in "DEMO MODE" until you receive your activation code from SCAR.
Need your mobile device password or having trouble downloading the app? Please consult with your phone manufacturer/service provider.
Please bring your ActiveKEY®, ActiveKEY® chargers and mobile device to one of our SCAR locations to upgrade to your new eKEY™.
Need to Access Your SupraWEB Online Account?
SupraWEB is the online resource that allows you to do the following: manage your bill, obtain an update code for a key, identify the name of a keyholder by key serial number, manage the keybox inventory and listing information, view/email/schedule activity reports, view/send showing feedback, change your PIN code (eKEY™ users), set up your market area (eKEY™ users), and obtain an authorization code to install the eKEY™ software (eKEY™ users).
